Besides, we also offer our customers turn-key projects. The production of Uygar Machine provides, is certified by  Technical Inspectorate according to the Technical Conditions. UMCK 20 FIXED CENTER CABLE DIE TECHNICAL DATA

  • The die is made of special plastic die steel and thus durable against wear and corrosion.
  • High quality 1000x4=4000W tube resistances are used.
  • The UMCK 20 cable die produces with regular tools from min.3mm to max.20 mm cables.
  • It is also possible to produce cables with vacuum system. With vacuum tools cables can be produced from min.3mm –max 16mm.
  • It is possible to produce flat cables with specially designed UMY 20 die and tip.
  • Because of its feature, the UMCK 20, can coat the coloured plastic onto the plastic in the cost.
  • Center, according to the needs from approximately 0.10 – 0.15 mm. The advantage it provides is, that it lowers the die costs, and because of using just one type of granulate, it lowers also the cable
  • Because of the fixed center, it is saving time and material dependent on centering.
  • Due to simple design and accessibility of the die, it allows a rapid tool change.
  • There are no dead spots, holes and slots, thus it removes the daily cleaning and maintenance needs.
  • Maintenance: there are fewer moving parts and bolts, this enables an easier maintenance. Because of self cleaning feature, it is unneccessary to take preventive maintenance while operating.
  • It provides a nominal compaund dielectricity, and the material flows without any dead lines. Thus a flow of 360 degrees of the material is provided.
  • There are no adjustments neccessary and so the engineering control of the operation is easier. After adjusting the operation, the adjustments remains constant.
